PURPOSE:To simplify the wiring by coloring the wire at every predetermined interval with different color paints, and processing the wiring in accordance with a separate color. CONSTITUTION:Coloring device 20 with painters 21a-21c is disposed between wire-wound drum 11 and wire bobbin 12. Painters 21a-21e are disposed in the certain range of C portion of adhesive tape 14 on the circumference of the wire- wound drum 11 such that coloring units are arranged in order. The painters 21a- 21e (for example, red, black, blue, orange, and green) are successively driven synchronously with the circumferential speed of the drum 11 by exciting the solenoids 22 of either side at every period of the drum 11. After the wire 13 having been colored with it clamped for a certain period, the wire 13 is wound around the drum 11. Thereafter the adhesive tape 14 is successively removed from its end, and wiring is done at the connector terminal. Accordingly, if the wire 13 slips out from the adhesive tape 14, the disorder of coloring turn takes place, hence slipping out of the wire 13 can be easily confirmed, and further, the mistake of wiring can be also confirmed by the color. |
