<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an ignition system having excellent heat resisting property, releasing excellently heating of power transistor tip, in the ignition system which is composed of ignition signal generator, amplifying transistors and power transistors. CONSTITUTION:In an amplifier 2 of ignitin system provided with a casing 10 and a combined IC 11, monosilic IC 21 and thick film resistance are provided to construct above circuit 11 on the ceramics base 20, while power transistor tip 24 is privided on the ceramics base 26 through molybdenum plate 25. Subsequently above circuit 11 and tip 24 are connected with bonding wire 22, and above both bases 20, 26 are installed on a copper base 27, furthermore the copper base 27 is made as the same potential as earth potential of the circuit 11 by earth connecting wire 23. Thereby thermal expansion of above tip 24 and ceramic plate 26 can be absorbed with molybdenum plate 25.</p> |
