PURPOSE:To perform optimum selective load breaking, by providing a controller having a calculating function for supervisorily controlling the input/output power of a central substation and controllers each having a calculating function for supervisorily controlling the load power of corresponding local substation. CONSTITUTION:Power sources G1, G2 are connected to loads L through the central substation H1 and the local substations S1-S3. The input/output power of the central substation H1 is always supervised by the first controller X1. When one of the power sources G1, G2 cannot supply power, power which can be allocated to the local substations is calculated by the first controller from the amount of preferentially supplied loads on the local substations and the circumstances power consumption through the local substations just before the supply trouble and is instructed to the second controllers Y1-Y3. The second controllers calculate the capacities of the loads in accordance with the preferential supply order and instruct load circuit breakers to perform optimum selective load breaking. |
