Sliding and tilting door or window comprising a wing (2) which is sealed off against the frame (1) and is provided with a lifting device (6, 9, 14) acting on a carriage (4) to relieve the pressure on the lower and upper seal and is adapted to be tilted by means of at least one ventilating device (22) arranged at the top to be slidable in a guide rail (25) of the frame, characterised in that to relieve the pressure on the seal at the end face between the wing (2) and the frame (1), a draw-off device (17) adapted for withdrawal in the direction of displacement (20) is arranged on the closing side of the latter to be operated by the lifting device (6, 9, 14) or by the lifting movement of the wing, and in that the lifting movement of the wing is accompanied by a slight pivotal movement of the ventilating device (22) which is coupled with the lifting device (6, 9, 14) to relieve the upper seal arranged laterally between the wing (2) and frame (1).</p> |
