<p>PURPOSE:To improve heat conductivity by forming projection on low temperature wall surface of condensation heat conducting wall. CONSTITUTION:Notches 3 which cross valleys 2 and which are to be deformed by ploughing are made on the low temperture wall surface 1 of condensation heat conducting surface after forming small valleys 2 at appropriate spaces by knurline or shaving by bite to form helically continuing valleys 4 and projections 8 separated by those valleys 2, 4. Then, helically continuing grooves 6 and projections 7 separated by these grooves 6 are formed by making notches 5 deeper than the notches 3 and by shaving them so that they are deformed like being ploughed. By doing so, vapor is condensed on the surfaces of smaller projections 8 or at the pointed tops 9 of them to be water drops and flows into the valleys 2, 4 and rapidly moves from the pointed tops 9 of the projections 8, so that the condensation can be promoted and heat conductivity can be improved.</p> |
