<p>A test signal has a required level, and is generated by a level transmitter device maintaining the elvel constant. It is fed in a pref. carrier transmission system over a long, attenuating connecting line through a measurement coupling system, both with the same characteristic impedance. An electronic circuit (5) in the coupling area (4) generates from the test signal level a control signal which so alters the transmitter (1) level, that the test signal level at the coupling device (4) has the required level.</p> |
