Dc=dc converter with reduced number of components - shares components of single pulse transformer with two pairs of windings for transmission and reception purposes

The dc/dc converter has been modified to reduce the number of components. A single shared pulse transformer is used and has two transmission windings (WS1, WS2) and two reception windings (WE1, WE2) arranged so that the coupling between the reception windings in any one pair is large compared to the coupling between the pairs. The first transmission winding is connected to the clock output and the first reception winding to the synchronisation input (E4) of the comparator.
