PURPOSE:To improve the sensitivity of the subject body, and to prevent the deterioration of electrification of the photosensitive body due to pre-exposure fatigue by incorporating a crown ether dispersed in an intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer, the intermediate layer and the protective layer are mounted on a conductive substrate in this order, and the crown ether is incorporated in the intermediate layer. The crown ether having ring constituting oxygen atom number is preferably used. The compounding amount of the crown ether is preferably 0.1-50pts.wt., further preferably 0.2-20pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of a binder resin contd. in the intermediate layer. When the compounding amount of the crown ether is less than a prescribed value, the additional effect thereof is not obtd., while, when the compounding amount is more than the prescribed value, the sensitivity of the body reduces. Thus, the sensitivity of the photosensitive body is improved, and the deterioration of the electrification of the body due to the pre-exposure fatigue is prevented. |
