The handle (1) of supple construction forms a squeeze actuated reservoir; and there are liquid outlets (28) in each tooth (29) midway between tip and base, and a construction of separately interfitting demountable components, i.e. handle (1), stock (19) and teeth. The handle reservoir embodies a valve (14) closing when the reservoir is pressed and opening when it is released to permit compensating air to enter, and the stock (19) can rotate about the handles longitudinal axis and w.r.t. the handle. The teeth (26) fit individually in openings in the stock (19) and have central passages (27) connecting to the transverse outlet passages (28).
