PURPOSE:To accomplish the step adjustment by accomplishing switching operations twice at different times and by calculating the time error, which is generated upon each switching operation, to generate the step compensating signals so that the frequency dividing ratio of a frequency dividing circuit may be varied. CONSTITUTION:A program memory 5 is stored with such a program as is used to accomplish the time metering and indication step calculating operations. A generating circuit 2 receives the second pulses of an oscillating and frequency dividing circuit 1 to generate timing pulses. Thus, a control unit 4 decodes the signals from the memory 5 to generate control signals so that the ''second'' unit information in the time information stored in a data memory 8 is fed to a bus 12 and so that the adding command is put into practice by an operational circuit 7 to add 1 to the ''second'' signals. Moreover, the judgement of the unit rise is accomplished so that the data are latched at 10 through a decoder 9. |
