PURPOSE:To supply the bias power supply in which the design difficulty and critical adjustment are made unnecessary without affecting on the performance, by providing bias line at the flat circuit, in the converter performing conversion between the flat circuit and the waveguide circuit. CONSTITUTION:In the converter converting the printed board 11 constituting the flat circuit and the waveguide 21 constituting cubic circuit, one end of the electromangetic coupling type antenna 22 is connected to the input side delivery line 3 of the output side delivery line 5 of the printed board 11. Further, another end of the antenna 22 is insulated in DC from the Teflon sheet 23 and also grounded in high frequency. Further, electromangetic wave absorbing body 32 is filled between the bias supply 24 grounded to the antenna 22 in high frequency grounded and the external cylinder grounded to the bias supply 24, supplying bias to the flat circuit of the printed board 11. |
