CONSTITUTION:The data from the reception functional block 110 of the functional block A is fed to the transmission and reception sectioning circuit 150, and it is connected to the blocks A or B via the switch 142. Thus, the folding function of the block A and the folding route from the reception functional block 110 to the transmission functional block 121 of the block B are formed and the test is performed. |
