<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for gear mechanisms, etc. and simplify construction by providing a clutch mechanism in the lower part of reel turntables. CONSTITUTION:A clutch mechanism consisting of take-up side and feed-side friction rollers 9, 21 and pawls 10, 20 is provided in the lower part of take-up and feed reel turntables 16, 23. Then, when a motor pulley 25 turns counterclockwise, drive pulleys 3, 19 turn counterclockwise, causing a friction roller 9 to be turned by the end 3b of a pin 3a. When the end part 10a of the pawl 10 mounted turnably to the pin 3a engages to the protruding part 11a of a slip roller 11, the pawl 10 turns clockwise about the pin 3a and the slip roller 11 is turned counterclockwise by a guide pin 9b, whereby the take-up reel base 16 is turned. On the other hand, when the motor pulley 25 is turned clockwise, only the feed reel turntable 23 rotates.</p> |
