PURPOSE:To measure the distribution of a magnetic substance in a body by providing the magnetic substance to be constituted by coupling avitally functional material to a magnetic fine grain and to be injected into an organ and a magnetic sensor array to be set out of the organ. CONSTITUTION:An in-vivo material concerning the cause of a disease, a material as the marker of a cell and an organization immunological system or an immune body are produced. The magnetic fine grain is coupled to these materials by using a cross linking agent so that vitally functional activation can not be lost. The intravenous injection of these magnetic substances (1X10<-6>-10<-11>T) is executed for the organ (human, mouse, rat and rabbit) and a magnetic signal is measured out of the organ by using a one-dimensional or two-dimensional SQUID fluxmeter (helium or nitrogen cooling). Thus, the position or flowing condition of the magnetic substance in the organ is measured and as a result, medical diagnosis is executed. |
