PURPOSE:To establish the circuit having stable performance to the temperature and voltage variation, by keeping constant the output pulse width of an arbitrary oscillation frequency and making easy for circuit integration with the one oscillator and frequency dividing circuit demultiplying the oscillated frequency. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation frequency fo of one oscillation section 1 is added to the frequency dividing section 2, the oscillation frequency fo is demultiplied into arbitrary frequency fo/512 to fo/32768, arbitrary demultiplied frequency is fed to the AND circuit 3, and operation is made together with the output signal of the frequency selection instruction circuit constituted with the inhibit circuit 6, memory circuit 5 and delay circuit 6. Further, constitution is made that the maximum output demultiplied frequency of the frequency demultiplied circuit 2 and the output of the AND circuit 3 have the same pulse width, and the oscillation frequency output stable to the temperature and voltage variation is outputted. |
