PURPOSE:To widen the output width of an output terminal by suppressing the floating of a earth potential, by connecting the earth parts of a NOT logic gate constituting an IC and the push-pull output stage to the earth terminal via mutually indenpendent earth terminals. CONSTITUTION:By using MIS transistors Q1 to Q4 composed of metal, an insulator, and a semiconductor, an IC is constituted; Q1, Q3 and Q4 are of an enhancement type, and Q2 is of a depletion type. In this constitution, Q1 and Q2 constitute a NOT logic gate, Q3 and Q4 constitute a push-pull output stage, and input terminal 1 and output terminal 6 are both provided. Next, although the NOT logic gate and push-pull output stage are grounded, Transistors Q1 and Q2 are connected ground terminal GND4 via earth line 4a, and Q3 and Q4 are also connected GND7 via earth line 7a. Then the potential of GND7 is made zero in this constitution so as to evade the increase in earth potential, so that the output of terminal 6 will have wide amplitude. |
