PURPOSE:To stop unneeded radio waves such as a ghost signal, by obtaining a small and sharp indication characteristics by feeding signals with phases made opposite between the 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th dipole antennas and the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th dipole antennas. CONSTITUTION:Feeder 14 of 75OMEGA conected to the TV receiver is connected to mixter 13, and eight feeders 15 to 22 of 300OMEGA are led out from mixer 13. Then, signals are fed to the 1st and 5th dipole antennas DA1 and DA5 via feeders 15 and 16 of equal length l+kB phases identical, to the 2nd and 6th DA2 and DA6 via feeders 17 and 18 of length l+K(B-D), to the 3rd and 7th DA3 and DA7 via feeders 19 and 20 of l, and to the 4th and 8th DA4 and DA8 via feeders 21 and 22 of l+kD, and DAs 1, 3, 5, and 7, and 2, 4, 6, and 8 are opposite in phase (k= beta/beta': beta and beta' are free space and phase constant of propagation constant on feeder). |
