<p>PURPOSE:To provide a operation method with an improved property of following up the target speed by expanding the range of acceleration or deceleration in a set zone depending on conditions such as position of a step, command speed and running resistance in a step control with a proper step-maintaining zone set. CONSTITUTION:To follow up the target speed, the actual state of the vehicle is detected. According to the condition thus detected, a step is changed to cause a contraction so that the intended step maintaining zone A (b<=y<=a, e<=x<=f) is retained. In an automatic train operation methods employing a control pattern with a gain achieving this, a zone A1 (a<=y<=c, o<=x<=f) and a zone A2 (d<=y<=b, e<=x<= o) are added to the zone A to form a step maintaining zone and the range of the acceleration or deceleration range in the step maintaining zone is expanded in proportion to a deviation in acceleration or deceleration given to vehicle when the condition thereof is changed by one step. Symboles c and d indicates an allowable deviation of speed with respect to the target speed.</p> |
