摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to constitute a stable compensating circuit which has a little frequency deviation of expanding characteristics and excellent temperature characteristics, by making it possible to adjust odd-numbered and even-numbered deterioration coefficients by changing the non-linear oeration point of a transistor. CONSTITUTION:This circuit consists of input terminal 1, input transformer 2, transistors 3 and 4 operating as a non-linear element, output transformer 5, output terminal 6, variable resistors 7 and 8 for adjusting base voltages of Trs 3 and 4, Trs 9 and 10 for conpensating temperatures of Trs 3 and 4, bypass capacitors 11 and 14, and DC power- supply terminal 14. Since the amplitude of the output voltage of the circuit in this constitution becomes complementary, the even- numbered distortion is suppressed (characteristic 50). Judging from input power-output power characteristic 16 when the circuit is in a balance state, character istics of the compensating circuit are inverse characteristics of the saturated non-linearity of the amplifier. In addition, it is clear judging from characteristic 17 of input power to ternary mutual modulation output power by the two-signal method that the ternary mutual modulated-wave output of the compensating circuit has excellent linearity in the broad dynamic range.
