PURPOSE:To provide a photo-dichroism reversible photosensitive material of high sensitivity and long life, obtd. by adding Y, Li and Al ions to NaF crystals in combination with one another to form each M center in the crystals. CONSTITUTION:Trivalent Y ions; 0.001-1 mol%, monovalent Li ions; 0.001- 2 mol% and trivalent Al ions; 0.00001-0.1 mol% are added to NaF single crystals in combination with one another to form each M center in the crystals, giving a photo-dichroism reversible photosensitive material. |
