PURPOSE:To provide cosmetics containing a red pigment obtained by adsorbing a reaction product of Rhodamine B with an anionic dye to a clay mineral. CONSTITUTION:A complex prepared by the reaction of a cationic dye, Rhodamine B, with an anionic dye such as Lake Red C, Acid Red, etc., is adsorbed to a clay mineral such as montmorillonite, hectorite, etc. Resulting red pigment is compounded to a cosmetic base. EFFECT:A cosmetic having clear and wide variety of color, and free from dyability to the skin. |
