PURPOSE:To prevent seizure accidents by using the rightening moment of convex- shaped shoes working to their lubricating faces to generate and maintain oil films against the vibration of shoes. CONSTITUTION:The inclination of a swash plate 5' of a shoe 7' to the rotating direction is changed from -theta deg. to +theta deg. in another half revolution. Its angular velocity is changed into the maximum at the top and the bottom dead center. When the angular velocity is changed rapidly, the shoe 7' repeats a diving inclination of the leading edge F to the swash plate 5' and a reverse inclination of separating alternately by its inertia. In the vabration of this sliding, the facial pressure of oil film is given to the beveling part of the convex-shaped shoe 7' for raising the front or the rear dege of the shoe 7', and works to prevent metal contactings.
