The assembly machine aids the assembly of finished component boards from printed circuit boards. The components travel in containers along given paths to the place where the worker inserts them into the board. The holders and their drive are located in a separate cassette that can be removed from the machine and replaced by another. The cassettes fit into recesses in the machine's work top which has an extraction hood for solder fumes. The advantage of these ready-to-use cassette lies in their reducing mfg. time.
