Processing machine for mixed screw top bottles - has sensors to identify closures and actuate removal heads to deliver them to respective collecting bone

The equipment prepares bottles with different types of enclosures for cleaning and refilling. A rotating table with sensors monitors the type of closure on the returned bottles and activates the top removing heads. The bottle tops are then passed into the appropriate collecting bin while the bottles pass to the next process. The system allows similar bottles with metal and plastics tops to processed on the same machine without a presorting stage.
