CONSTITUTION:After blowing in converter 1 and in the course of tilting converter 1 to the horizontal state, by operating support mechanism 12 gas supply pipe 10 is put into converter 1 fro inlet 5 and tip opening 19 is dipped in molten steel layer 3 through slag layer 2 while spouting a carrier gas.
