PURPOSE:To enhance the yield of additives such as deoxidizer, desulfurizer and steel component regulator by putting a gas supply pipe into a converter from the inlet and supplying the additives into falling molten steel from the tip of the pipe together with a gas when the steel is pured into a ladle by tilting the converter. CONSTITUTION:After blowing in converter 1 and in the course of tilting converter 1 to the horizontal state, by operating support mechanism 12 gas supply pipe 10 is put into converter 1 fro inlet 5 and tip opening 19 is dipped in molten steel layer 3 through slag layer 2 while spouting a carrier gas. Tap hole 4 is opened to discharge steel 3 into ladle 6, and at the same time feeder driving motor 20 is started to mix additives in a predetermined amt. set to supply amt. setting device 21 with a carier gas.
