PURPOSE:To supply effective blade shapes to tape surface and enhance cleaning effect by performing suction and pressing in the order of vacuum and pressing in the tape running direction of a cleaner of opposed blade shapes. CONSTITUTION:Suction is done for one of the two grooves 8, 9 of a cleaner 4 and blowing to the other with the vacuum pressure and air pressure from a vacuum pump and pressure pump by using solenoid valves, etc. When a tape 5 moves in the arrow mark direction, the vacuum groove on one side is sucked and the tape makes contact to a shaping blade tip 13, whereby the dust on the tape surface having viscosity is scraped away. The blade tip 14 on the opposite side is floated by the pressure blown out from the next groove, thus the tape does not contact the blade tip and is not contaminated by the dust, etc. having deposited on the blade top during running. Further the light dust fallen on the tape surfac is sucked without being accumulated on the blade tip, etc., whereby the tape surface is cleaned. Thereby, good cleaning effect may be obtained. |
