PURPOSE:To obtain a fixed heat sensitive record image in a simple mechanism and at a high heat response, by thermally transforming the current from a recording signal generator and transferring the basic substance generated by this heat on a dry diazo photosensitive paper. CONSTITUTION:A resistance layer 2 which generates heat through energization, such as paint film having fine conductive particles dispersed in binder resin and conductive high polymer film, is provided on a conductive layer 1 made of aluminium foil, copper foil, or the like, and beneath the conductive layer 1 is placed a transfer layer 3 which is formed by mixing and coating of binding agent with a compound such as urea and ammonium carbamate which is stable at room temperature and generates basic substance when heated. Beneath the transfer layer 3 is placed a dry type diazo photosensitive paper, with diazonium layer 7 being in contact with the transfer layer 3, and the current from a recording signal generator 8 is supplied through a recording electrode 4. The basic substance not generated by the heat created in the resistance layer 2 is transferred on the diazo photosensitive paper to obtain a visible image. The voltage to be applied may be sufficient at 2 to 50 volts. |
