An air pump was operated by power from the driving chain. While, moving, the air pump was fixed in the interior of the chain relaxion, and the guide hole and flange of the bracket was fitted in the chain cover, and the guide pulley was fixed in the axle to move up and down. The inner chain was contacted with the tension pulley having down elasticity and the guide pulley with upper elasticity, thus increasing the chain contact angle with the sprocket.
