PURPOSE:To restrain the generation of nitric oxide in such a way that at the same time as fuel is made partial combustion at the temperature as well as the air ratio which gives only a little NOx, H2S making the perfect combustion at the last stage, SO2 is eliminated. CONSTITUTION:Though fuel such as coal, etc. is fed into a fluidized bed 1 at the first stage as shown by an arrow 5, and imperfect combustion gas is engendered such as SO2, HCN, etc., by feeding proper amount of air feeding gain, the yield of NOx, H2S is extremely little, HCN, etc. are almost decomposed. Then combustible gas is fed into a fluidized bed 7 at the second stage, in concurrence of making perfact combustion by air from an arrow 9 with desulfurizing SO2 in the combustible gas, it is exhaust as CaSO4 from an arrow 17, further noxious gas such as HCN, etc is entirely decomposed, so that NOx which will be exceedingly little in this generating time. Thus, the engenderment of nitric oxide is restrained. |
