Derivatives of eburnamenine, of formula: <IMAGE> in which R1 = H and R2 = OH or R1 + R2 = additional bond; R3 = COOR4 (with R4 = alkyl containing 2 to 6 carbon atoms or a cycloalkyl) or CONR5R6. Or R1 = R2 = H and R3 = COOR7 (with R7 = alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a cycloalkyl) or CONR5R6, R5 and R6 = H, alkyl, cycloalkyl or form a heterocyclic radical together with the nitrogen atom. The first stage of their preparation is a bromination. The compounds have an antianoxic and psychotropic activity. |
