PURPOSE:To increase the variation in the output of a temperature sensor for a temperature thereby to provide a highly accurate circuit by summing up the outputs of a monostable multivibrator (OSM), which has a small variation for the temperature, with the use of a summing circuit. CONSTITUTION:A block C is a temperature sensor OSM which is connected in series with a 3-input NOR gates 21, an inverter 22 and a capacitor 23 for determing a time constant and further with a variable resistor 24. A block D is a summing circuit for multiplying the time interval or the output of the block C two times. The output of the block C is fed to a one-shot multivibrator 26 so that the resultant output is fed to the 3-input NOR gates 21 of the block C through a one-shot multivibrator 27 and a two-input AND gates 28. On the other hand, the output of the block C is fed the reset inputs of a counter 25 and a data type FF 29. The clock input of the FF 29 is fed to the terminal e whereas the data input terminal D of the FF 29 is connected with a power source. |
