<p>Two work stations (Sto) and (Stl) are installed side by side on the common baseplate (6) of a power press. Steel strip from a common source is fed alternately to the dies (2, 3). As each punch (21, 22) presses out a workpiece it is ejected by the spring loaded ejectors (23, 24) onto the suction heads (30, 31). The suction head is mounted on spring loaded rods which are actuated by the cams. The cam shafts are mounted on a common shaft and driven at half the speed of the mechanism which feeds the steel strip alternately to the work stations (Sto) (Stl).</p> |
