The kitchen cupboard unit (3) which includes a basin (7) and hob plate (8) is mounted in the rear part of the vehicle in the middle at a distance from the rear wall (6) of the vehicle with high cupboards (4, 5) on either side. The seating which includes two cross benches (3) is mounted in the front part of the vehicle possibly opposite the side entry door. At least one (4) of the high cupboards is designed as a wardrobe which can be closed off from the kitchen unit (3) by a one-piece wall (16) which extends down to the floor of the vehicle. The high cupboards are designed to curve round following the contour of the vehicle roof.
