PURPOSE:To easily judge the content of a moving image by inserting arbitrary number of blank images between the start and end frames of the moving image being outputted repeatedly successively. CONSTITUTION:The title device is equipped with a memory part 1 to store an input image signal successively, a level setting apparatus 3 to set the display level of the blank image inserted between output image signals being outputted repeatedly, a selector 5 to set the output of the memory part 1 and the level setting apparatus 3 as a switching output image signal, and a display control part 4 to generate a control signal to the memory part 1 and a switching signal to the selector 5. When the moving image is outputted repeatedly, the blank image is inserted after the end frame is read out for a prescribed time, and segmentation is applied at every cycle of the moving image. In such a manner, it is possible to easily judge the content of the moving image. |
