Device for flushing liquid additive into a washing machine with freely suspended drum is provided with a pump which is driven by the oscillations of the freely suspended drum to feed the additive from a storage container through the intermediary of a conduit to a dispenser. Dispenser is interconnected with the drum by a programme controlled valve. The flushing device operates independently of the water pressure or quantity.
