摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide a gas analyzer, which dispenses with a prism and a diffractive grating, by using a wavelength variable type laser as a light source so that the wavelength of the light emitted from the laser may be varied by the control from the outside. CONSTITUTION:The current, which is programmed by a current controller 2, is fed to a laser 1 so as to variably control the wavelength of the emitted light. The coherent light from the laser 1 passes through a condensing lens L and is fed to a chopper 4 so that it is partially converted into a parallel beam through a semitransparent mirror 3 and a concave mirror 5a. The resultant parallel beam then passes throgh gases S to be measured and is condensed by a concave mirror 5b to enter a photoelectric converting system 6 so that it is converted into electric signals which are then amplified at 7. On the other hand, the reflected ray passes through a lens 8 and a reference gas cell 9 to enter an amplifier 12 through a photoelectric converting system 11. The outputs of the two amplifiers 7 and 12 are fed to the narrow band amplifiers 13 and 14 of a signal processing circuit U, respectively, and the resultant output is fed to a recorder 16 so that it is displayed as a spectroscopic absorption curve.</p>
