摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce operating time without deteriorating measuring accuracy by obtaining moving distance on the inlet and outlet sides of the mill by equations and the meandering value at rolling position for a metallic plate and a plane shape on the outlet side by the equations. CONSTITUTION:On arbitrary positions of the front face and rear face of a rolling roll, central position detectors in the cross direction of the metallic plate are provided. The central positions yi, yo of the metallic plate detected through this method in the cross direction on the inlet and outlet sides of the rolling rolls and set positions Xi, Xo of those, and the ratios alphai, alphao of the speed in the rolling direction on the inlet and outlet sides measured by the rolling direction speed detector set up near the rolling roll to the roll peripheral speed, further, based on the plane shape of the metallic plate before rolling which is previously set or measured, the moving values (side slipping values) alphai, thetai, alphao, thetao in the cross direction of the rolling of the metallic plate 2 generated on the inlet and outlet sides of the mill on arbitrary roll rotating length S are computed through the equations A and B. Furthermore, through the equations C and D, the meandering value yc of the metallic plate 2 at the rolling position and the shape y(s, lambda xsi) at the outlet side are calculated and introduced.</p>
