<p>PURPOSE:To make the power supply to an FDD device not easily discontinued to prevent production of incomplete data before it happens by adjusting the resisting force to the operation by means of a job program. CONSTITUTION:Before operating an FDD medium, a job program 1 requests a notifying means 2 to inhibit the discontinuation of the power supply to an FDD device and the means 2 notifies a resisting force adjusting means 3 of the resisting force changing information. The means 3 intensifies the resisting force. Upon completing the read/write process to the FDD medium, the program 1 requests the means 2 to cancel the inhibition of the power supply discontinuation. Then the means 2 notifies the means 3 of the resisting force changing information and the means 3 cancels the resisting force intensifying operation.</p> |
