<p>PURPOSE:To restrain water vapor from remaining between a secondary coil bobbin and an insulating film, and restrain voids from remaining in resin by arranging a lot of ring type ribs or grooves in the outer peripheral surface of the secondary coil bobbin at suitable intervals in the axial core direction. CONSTITUTION:On the outer peripheral surface of a bobbin 11, a lot of ribs 12 protrude in a ring type at suitable intervals in the axial core direction, thereby forming a gap between a secondary coil bobbin 11 and an insulating film layer 13 of a first layer. Water vapor, which is generated as the result that water content contained in the secondary coil bobbin 11 and the insulating film layer 13 is heated, becomes easy to be eliminated deaeration by vacuumizing at the time of resin filling, and the injection of epoxy resin 15 can be excellently performed by the effect of capillary phenomenon. Even in the case where water the vapor remains between the secondary coil bobbin 11 and the insulating film layer 13 of the first layer, the water vapor is isolated by the ribs 12, and the concentration of water vapor is not caused, so that the water vapor dose not remain as large void in the epitaxial resin 15, and the reliability can be improved.</p> |
