<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to efficiently recycle scrap material without exerting a bad influence upon quality by a method wherein fixed blades, which are provided in the form of saw tooth at both sides of a feed opening, and rotary blades, which are radially reduced in the direction of the feeding of the scrap material in a tapered form, are engaged with each other along the screw thread of a cutter screw and a compression screw and an extruder screw are rotated integrally. CONSTITUTION:Scrap material A is pulled in the interior of a cylinder 36 by the engagement of rotary blades 44 with fixed blades 38a with the counterclockwise rotation of a cutter screw 37 so as to be cut in fine chips. The scrap material A, which is fed in a cylinder 46, is heated by means of the compression action of a compression screw 47, melted in semi-gel state and gradually carried in a cylinder 50 with the rotation of an extruder screw 51 so as to be metered in order to be extruded from an extrusion opening 33. Thus, no lowering in quality due to the adhesion of fine particle-like scrap material to a product results and losses of resin material, operating time and electric power are laminated to minimum and further favorable working environment due to low noise results.</p> |
