<p>PURPOSE:To prevent uneven exposure resulted from uneven contact by making an ineffective image part except an effective image part protrude from its corresponding substrate before contact exposure is performed on the substrate with which the effective image part corresponds. CONSTITUTION:After a light-shielding part 2 is formed on the substrate 1, a layer thickness adjusting dammy layer 4, which is higher than the shielding part 2, is formed in an effective picture element part surrounded by the shielding part 2; the substrate 1, on which the light shielding part 2 and the dummy layer 4 is formed, is coated with photosensitive liquid 3 so that the effective image element part is made higher than the light shielding part 1 of its circumference. That is, the effective image part and effective image element part where an image is to be formed is higher than the rest of the ineffective part. Therefore, uneven contact is not substantially caused between the mask 5 and effective part, and also a Newton's ring caused by the uneven contact is sent away to the ineffective part; this eliminates uneven exposure in the effective part, resulting from uneven contact.</p> |
