Insecticidal composition containing 5 to 80% by weight of an insecticide which is preferably edible, 30 to 90% by weight of a foodstuff and 0.1 to 2% by weight of a food grade attractant in the form of appetizers. The composition can be applied in the form of sprays or in the form of a coating agent.
