<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate repairing of a damaged buried pipe, by cutting off the damaged portion of the pipe, fitting a new pipe to be coupled there and joining the junctures watertight. CONSTITUTION:A damaged portion A of a buried pipe 1 is cut off on both sides of the portion. A split pipe 2 having a length L a bit longer than the cut-off length l and being formed to enclose the bottom and both sides of the buried pipe 1 is fitted to the lower half of the remaining pipe 1, 1, then a coupling pipe 3 having an inner diameter equal to that of the buried pipe 1 and having a working hole 3A on the upper portion is fitted to the cut-off portion. A patty adhesive is put through the hole 3A to bind the juncture watertight between the coupling pipe 3 and the buried pipe 1, and a filler 5 is put in between the coupling pipe 3 and the split pipe 2 and hardened. Then a cover 6 is plastered to the coupling pipe 3 to complete the rapair of the damaged pipe 1.</p> |
