PURPOSE:To ensure excellent adsorptive performance and little limitation to every kind of working devices to be loaded, by arranging this device so as to alternatively adsorption work an adsorptive means mounted to a travelling body and adsorptive means installed to both end portions of a cross girder. CONSTITUTION:Adsorptive bodies 4 building in electromagnets 3 are installed to both end portions of a cross girder 1 through supporting portion materials 2 in a sliding-free shape in the vertical direction to an adsorptive surface 5. Rollers 8 mounted to a supporting portion material 7 are connected to a guide groove 9 installed to the cross girder 1 to hang a travelling body 6 in a motion-free shape while an adsorptive body 11 building in an electromagnet 10 is disposed to the supporting portion material 7 in a sliding-free form in the perpendicular direction to the adsorptive surface 5. Racks 12 are further mounted to the cross girder 1 in the longitudinal direction, and a pinion 13 installed to the travelling body 6 is engaged with the racks. 14 is a motor for driving, and 15 are rollers that are mounted to the supporting portion materials 2, interlock so as to respond in the reverse direction to the movement of the adsorptive bodies 4 and can freely be moved up and down. |
