<p>NEW MATERIAL:Cylcopropanecarboxylic acid derivatives of formula I (X is halogen; R<1> is H, residue of alcohol; R<2> is H, methyl). EXAMPLE:m-Phenoxybenzyl 2,2-dimethyl-3-chloroethynylcyclopropanecarboxylate. USE:insecticide, acaricide or their intermediate: they are low-toxicity to warm blood animals. PREPARATION:The compound of formula II is subjected to dehydrochlorination, cyclization and further dehydrochlorination to form an intermediate of formula I where R<1> is R<5>, which is converted to H or a reactive derivative. Then the compound of formula R<1>-B (B is OH or halogen) is reacted with the reactive derivative to obtain the objective compound of formula I.</p> |
