PURPOSE:To make easy the replacement of the cartridge heater, by splitting the heat block constituting a part of the loader and unloader mechanism of the wire bonding unit into upper and lower parts and by providing the positioning notch at the both ends of one block. CONSTITUTION:The heat block is split into the upper block 1a and the lower block 1b. That is, the upper block 1a is provided with the screw holes screwed with the fixing screws 9a to 9d at the four cormers and the feeding pin 7 at the center, and the shape is of I shape. Further, the lower block 1b has the size overlaying with the upper block 1a and the four cormers has projection 8. With this constitution, the projection 8 is acted like alignment and the both blocks 1a and 1b are overlaid into unification. Thus, the removal and assembling of the heat block is made simpler and the heater replacing time can be reduced. |
