<p>1285607 Netting extrusion dies E I DU PONT DE NEMOURS & CO 15 Oct 1969 [15 Oct 1968] 50718/69 Heading B5A An extrusion die for producing tubular netting comprises relatively rotatable parts 1, 4 which abut as at 9, Fig. 1, via frusto-conical thrust surfaces e.g. as at 12, Fig. 3, and have extrusion orifices 13 and (14), Fig. 4 (not shown), in surfaces which are non-abutting and parallel to the die axis. Between the orifices and thrust surfaces is situated an annular distribution duct 7 and an upstream feed duct 10 may also be provided. The thrust surfaces are preferably of harder material than the remainder of the die, e.g. of steel.</p> |
