A shoe horn (5) has a counter support fixed to the outer end of the spring and arranged on the shoe stretcher via the spring. The spring can be a spiral of flat spring. The shoe stretcher (1) spring (3) and shoe horn (5) are all of plastics metal. The shoe horn (5) points outwards and backwards at its arched side. There are breaks and holes (2) in the stretcher.
