The baking unit has lower plate with seats and upper covering plate. The lower plate seals accommodate the food to be baked. The plates are hinged together for closing and opening. Both plates have electrical heaters. The food consisting of a filling between two bread slices is quickly baked in sealed chamber. Each heating plate (13) has sunk seats with raised edge (14) and cutting edge. When plates are closed then cutting edges meet, trim the contents and seal seat. The seats can be circular and a seat bottom has several concentric cutting ribs (17). Sloping sides of a seat has also concentric ribs (15).
