<p>PURPOSE:To attempt to prevent a welding bar from occurrence of a lustrous dent by performing a welding through an insulating body placed between the welding bar and bodies to be welded when high-frequency welding is performed. CONSTITUTION:High-frequency welding is performed through an insulating body 3 placed between a welding bar 1 and bodies to be welded 2 and 2'. In this case, the insulating body 3 may be placed between the welding bar 1 and the bodies to be welded 2 and 2' on each welding or may be directly adhered on the welding bar 1 to improve the working efficiency. On the area of the surface of the bodies to be welded 2 and 2' with which the welding bar 1 is brought into contact, there is no fear that even patterns etc., formed on the surface of the bodies to be welded may be melted away due to high-frequency and ultrasonic energies, and a fastness of the welding can be obtd.</p> |
